  Everytime I have used them something is always wrong. Exhaust cap blew off system he installed 5 years ago..wanted $18.00 to put on. I wouldn't have any problem if job was done right the first time. My ten year old house system doesn't loose parts in the wind..........Wasn't the issue of money was principal...won't be on my list of contractors to use ever again. they also ran gas line at questionable depth..and won't repair when not done right the first time..beware beware beware.......
